President
 "Having
lived in Wuhan for close to 8 years now I have seen the rapid growth and
dramatic changes that this city has undergone and been deeply impressed
with its citizens’ kindness and willingness to also change towards a
better life. As a British national, I have also noticed other nationals
changing their attitudes towards society and its institutions... and
this in all societies around the world. Hence my appreciation and
willingness to help as many people as possible to take the path towards
a Global Village Mindset in this post-nationalist era. My partnership
with S.E.I will greatly improve the scope of such activities.
I have worked in quite a few jobs in what some would call
a young life, notably within British government institutions, eventually
rising to managerial positions related to the technology sector. In the
private sector, specifically in China, I have been a co-owner of a
café-training center and also a general manager of a bar. The
opportunity to become president of S.E.I has come about in part due to
my communication skills and extensive, eclectic, social network, all of
which will enable me to contribute to The Institute’s growth… and social
impact."
